What do you think of McDains new policy on kids?

Never was so excited when I heard that McDains now only welcomes people 6 and up! That sounds like a good dining venue - and it's not even a flutin' fancy restaurant - when I visit Pittsburgh someday! I'm an autistic, and the only sensory incendiaries are misbehaving and screaming children! They make me melt down inside!

So what do you think? Are you glad about it and wish that more restaurants are like that or are you furious that you can't bring little 5-year-old Johnny anymore? Please share your stories, opinions, and experiences! What do you think of McDains new policy on kids?
If they don't want my business I'll take it somewhere else.

Basically it's more to stir up some business. It's not that they have anything against children, but the free press is great for business.
Geat idea! Now when are they gonna ban kids and blacks from the movie theaters? What do you think of McDains new policy on kids?
i think its a good idea. i think people who say its discriminatory are crazy. if the people can ban smoking in restaurants why can't they ban children? its every owners RIGHT to decide who they want to serve. and there are a million other restaurants especially kid friendly restaurants so why complain about a few places? i have kids and I don't care. when i go to arestaurantt my kids are well behaved so its hard to see other kids acting up. when i get the rareoccasionn to go out alone or with my husband i don't want to be distracted by kids acting up. either way if you don't like the rule GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
i never head of him but im 18 but this what im saying from what you said i dont like the rule because kids going have they times when they want act bad not all kids are bad
