Restaurants in Pittsburgh for my 16th birthday?

I want to take a few friends out for my 16th birthday. We're renting a limo and I was wondering what are some good places to go to eat in the city? I would like a good location, good food, and good service. Also, not seafood. haha.

I don't really know if there are actually restaurants that do this but maybe a place where you can dance after your meal?
