Does anyone have any insight or pointers into opening up a mall kiosk that sales baked good (think gourmet cupcakes) and espresso in a mall kiosk?Baked Goods and Espresso Kiosk?
It's pretty straightforward. Talk to the mall management about rental costs and what you are allowed to do. Figure out if you are going to bake yourself or buy premade. Run a cost benefit analysis based on expected sales to see if you can make money at it.
