Where can I go to school in central florida for hotel and restaurant management?

I have been in the foodservice industry for 10 years.I feel with all that time and experience It only makes sense to go for the gold.I don't want to do online classes as I am better hands on.I haven't really had any luck finding one.can anyone tell me what to do?please don't reccomend the art institute of pittsburgh as it is online and awful. The University of Central Florida (UCF) has a great hospitality program, one of the best in the nation. The program is based at a seperate campus called the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management that focuses strictly on hotel and restaurant management programs.
