I don't know whose worse, Northerners or Southerners!?

Before I go any further, I have family and acquaintances from upstate New York and from the deep South. And frankly, because of this I try to avoid these groups of people as much I can. I can't wait to leave Georgia ( Atlanta has a ton of NYkers)!

From my experience, New Yorkers are blunt, to the point of being rude. My mom used to tell me to bite my tongue, so I just don't joke about what someone is self-conscience about. I do like the fact that New Yorkers are to the point when it comes to business. Customer Service is a joke in the South. In the South, you have to hold customers hands and look at them with astonishment at the petty situation! My back is sore from graveling at every customer's feet, and my cheeks hurt from smiling all day! New Yorkers always, and I mean always, ask you for a ride. You give them a ride, then its by the way can we stop here, and here, and here. NOOOO! Southerners would suck themselves into their own tunnel vision if there wasn't a release every Sunday at Church. I think your religion is a private matter, so please do not bless me with your knowledge of the Word when I am watching Jerseylicious!

When my family from NY comes down, its the Cracker Barrel at my house. Eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, mayonnaise biscuits done, table set with the paper. When I go to NY, can you get a freaking coffee machine? Why are they running to the store as soon as I wake up, so when they come back they secretly want you to cook, because "you know how you like it."

Lastly, both are rude when it comes to talking on the phone in public. "Girrrrl, I didn't know he owes you child support," while I am totaling the transaction and waiting for her to finish writing her check. Man, that Booty shake ringtone is great! while I am at the Library surrounded by kids. And one time, a customer was asking me a question while she was arguing with her husband, I guess her husband was right when he said she talks too d**** much! lol

So, whose worse to you and why?I don't know whose worse, Northerners or Southerners!?
No more Starbucks for you girlie it winds you too tight.

I'm an NY-ATL'er too and I think us NYs are generally more stand-off ish from our fast living.



I do get all too tired of people in Georgia talking about their religion as well.



Atleast Georgia isn't as crowded though - more room to breath.
